RK Artirior began as a general works contractor in 2022. Over the years the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and builds solutions, building trades and related engineering works. Today, Rk Artirior on the role of main contractor for medium to large size projects and performs design built services to coordinates specialist trades for Commercial / Industrial / Retail projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.
PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
We manage all payments, deliveries, negotiations, and quality control as part of our interior design procurement services, enabling our customers to focus on what they know well. Procurement takes a long time and has a direct impact on the project if not done effectively. If one component is not delivered on time, the entire workflow could be delayed. Product selection, coordination, and budget evaluation are all part of our procurement process. We track and advance every item from start to finish thanks to our long-standing vendor partnerships.
