Rolando Jr. Z. Peralta is a faculty member in the College of Education at Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, specializing in early childhood education. As the program leader of 3Cs: Child Care Connect, an initiative in training Child Development Workers (CDWs) in Talisay City, he demonstrates a commitment to enhancing early childhood care and development in the community.
Alongside his academic role, he contributed to international research, authored children's books and volunteered at Bagani by LoveYourSelf - Philippines. He is also the co-founder and consultant of the Tri-VIllage Learning and Development Center located at Silay City, Negros Occidental.
