By downloading, accessing, or using the Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. By using the App, you also confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Privacy Policy.
Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant is an entertainment and lifestyle application that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to analyze user-submitted text and/or screenshots in order to generate conversation suggestions, profile bios, and dating-related content. Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant does not provide professional dating, psychological, medical, or legal services.
All advice and AI-generated outputs are provided for entertainment purposes only. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, success, or results of any interactions. You are solely responsible for how you use the content and for all interactions resulting from it.
Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to upload illegal, explicit, harmful, or non-consensual content, harass others, violate applicable laws, or attempt to damage, exploit, or reverse engineer the App or its infrastructure.
Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant may offer free ad-supported features and optional paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled by the user through their Google Play account settings before the renewal date. All payments, cancellations, and refund requests are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store in accordance with their policies.
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including software, design, branding, and content, belong to Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant. AI-generated content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or relationship-related damages arising from the use of the App or reliance on its content.
Rizzmate: AI Dating Assistant reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
