Town Meeting - Affidavit

At the Town Caucus Meeting to meet the candidates, nominate alternate candidates and vote to select the Caucus Party nominees for the April Riverwoods Municipal Election,  attendees will sign the below affidavit in person and the Caucus Party will verify your name against the voter roll provided by the Lake County Clerk as required by Illinois law.  Below is merely an example of what attendees should be prepared to sign at the Town Caucus Meeting.
