Why should students attend?

This event is one of the last opportunities for the students to come together as the Class of 2024. The night is filled with games, activities, food, prizes and so much more.

When is the event?

The event is on Friday, May 31 with check-in beginning at 9:45 pm. Students must arrive for check-in no later than 10:15.  

Where is the event?

The event is hosted at Meyer Middle School.

What if my student needs to arrive late or leave early?

Please provide details to the main office or party committee (rfseniorclassparty@gmail.com) before May 30.

If a student is registered for the party, but does not check-in, someone from the party committee will contact the parent/guardian on the registration form.

Is this a lock-in event?

This is a lock-in event. Students are not allowed to leave until the event is over. 

Do students need money at the event?

No, everything at the party is free. 

Is there food at the event?

Yes, we offer a wide variety of food and beverage options throughout the event.

Can I have personal items at the event?

Yes, the committee provides a safe space for students to store personal items and prizes. Each student has a bag specifically assigned to them. Bags remain in a secured room, monitored by adult volunteers.

What do students wear to the event?

Most students choose to wear their senior class shirt along with shorts or sweatpants. Students prefer to be casual throughout the evening.

Is there a deadline to order a t-shirt?

Yes, all shirt orders must be received and paid for no later than May 1.

Is there a deadline for the party registration?

Students can sign up for the party at anytime, including at the door the night of.  However, we prefer advanced registration so we can use the funds to purchase prizes, food, etc. in advance of the party. 

How do students get their memory board back?

Students check out at the conclusion of the event, during which time they can collect any personal items, prizes and their memory boards.
