Riverbend Line

Riverbend Line is a single-player steam-train driving game that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no account, no sign-in and no analytics. It does not collect, store or transmit any personal information, device identifier, contact, location, photo, file or usage statistic.
What is stored on your device
Two settings are saved locally so the game opens the way you left it:
the time of day you last chose (morning, noon or evening)
the graphics quality tier
They stay on your device, are never sent anywhere, and are removed when you uninstall the app.
Network access
The game does not connect to the internet. It has no server, and every part of the world – the scenery, the textures and the sound – is generated on your device when the game starts.
The app declares the standard Android internet permission because the system component it is built on (Android WebView) requires it to load the game's own files from inside the app package. It is not used to send or receive anything over a network.
Advertising and purchases
There is no advertising, no advertising SDK, no in-app purchase and no payment of any kind.
Third parties
No data is shared with any third party, because no data is collected.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Since no personal data is collected or held, there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete. If you have a question about this policy, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top.

Riverbend Line

By downloading or playing Riverbend Line (the "Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on Android devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play terms of service.
2. What you may not do
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sub-license or reverse-engineer the Game or any part of it, except to the extent the law expressly allows.
3. Ownership
The Game, including its code, artwork, sound and the name "Riverbend Line", is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
4. Free of charge
The Game is free. It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Nothing in the Game will ever ask you for payment.
5. Privacy
The Game does not collect any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or run on every device. Performance depends on your device's hardware.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or withdraw the Game at any time without notice. Updates may alter or remove features.
9. Termination
Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the Game.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this address with the date of the last change at the top. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the revised terms.
