Weeds

The HOA board currently uses the following photos as tools to assess whether or not a lawn meets the requirements of the HOA Covenants that each lawn be well-maintained Bermuda or Zoysia grass.    

A lawn that has weediness like the pictures below or worse is considered to be not well-maintained.

Please keep in mind that even lawns overtaken by weeds can look decent immediately after mowing; however, a yard that appears acceptable when freshly cut may still be considered not well-maintained if it looks like the examples in these photos between mowings.
