Independence Day falls on Friday, July 4, this year. The annual holiday marks the day the United States declared its independence from England in 1776, which means that America will celebrate 249 years of freedom in 2025.

Like you, we love our community here at Riverbend and enjoy the tranquility and quality of life it offers. However, many homes in our neighborhood are reaching an age where routine maintenance is becoming more important to preserve property values and maintain the overall appearance of our community.
Examples of routine maintenance include:
Repainting the trim or the house siding
Repainting or Staining Front Door
Replacing the roof or gutters
Repair damaged or falling shutters
Cutting back overgrown landscaping
Replacing mulch or pine straw
Cleaning or repainting your mailbox
Keeping lawns and flower beds free of weeds
Power washing driveways, sidewalks and curbs
We often become oblivious to minor issues because we see them everyday and don't notice the deterioration, frequently walking right by it. We encourage you to take a moment to look around your property with a fresh sight of eyes and see if anything might need a little upkeep or care.
If you receive a visit, phone call, email, or letter from the HOA regarding a specific issue, please know it’s not meant as punishment or harassment. Our goal is simply to bring attention to something that may need a refresh and to work with you on a plan to address it.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your partnership in keeping our neighborhood a beautiful and welcoming place to live.
