2025 Election of Board Members

For Riverbend Homeowners Association

This notice is to inform you that we will be having an election for 2 board members this year. Both of these new board members will serve for a 3-year term. Deadline to submit your application or to nominate someone is March 20, 2025. All applications must be received via email to riverbendatbearcreekhoa@gmail.com by close of business March 20, 2025.

Voting for the board members will occur at our annual HOA Meeting Tuesday March 25th at the Bogart Library meeting starts promptly at 6:00pm. Attendance for this year's meeting is important as we will need to establish a quorum. If you can't attend, you can vote through proxy. Proxy forms and instructions will be sent out via request only. Send your request tothe HOA email. Candidates will have an opportunity at our meeting to introduce themselves and state why they wish to serve on the HOA board.

Each year the elected members of the board will become part of the Board Member Officers and/or part of the Architectural Control Committee

Remember, we need your help. So please submit your application as soon as possible.

Trash Proposal: An update will be given at the board meeting on the findings of the board regarding Trash pick-up in our neighborhood.

Financial Update: An update of our finances will be presented at the board meeting. Currently all dues for 2025 have NOT been paid as we have a few outstanding and late payments.

Our Social Committee is in need of more members to serve on the committee. It requires only a wellness to help plan a few events per year for our neighborhood. If you have an interest please contact Ann Person at 706-255-4486
