Dues Invoices for your 2025 Dues payments have been sent to everyone via email and are due 1/1/2025 and late as of 1/31/2025. If you have not received your invoice via email, then you will need to reach out to Mack at 770-856-7252 or email riverbendatbearcreekhoa@gmail.com immediately. It could be that we do not have your current information.

Thank you to all of you who participated in our annual Food Drive.
Our 2025 annual HOA in-person meeting will be held in March. New members for the board will be elected at this meeting. The date, time, and location will be available soon so watch for upcoming updates. Also, please consider running for the board. This year we have two slots that need to be filled.
The board is considering negotiating a contract for trash pick-up with one company for our subdivision. The goal would be to reduce the number of days to one that trash is picked up in the neighborhood, to reduce the number of trucks coming into the neighborhood to create a safer environment, and to reduce the cost for everyone. The charges would be added to the HOA dues paid annually (TBD). We are in the very early stages of this process so if you have suggestions please provide them to one of our board members or email us at riverbendatbearcreekhoa@gmail.com. We welcome your feedback!

Remember as you start the new year that last year was the first year fiber internet was available in Riverbend. Many homeowners have switched to fiber and this new company and have been very pleased. No contracts are required and you may cancel at any time with a 30 day notice. If you have an interest in the service, you may reach out to TruVista by contacting Jenny Bright at

Hoping everyone had a wonderful Holiday Season. I know several have been sick, and we hope and pray you are continuing to heal and improve. Many were traveling to various places to be with family and friends. Our children have now returned to school, and we hope they will have a great learning experience and remain safe. No matter what the season or time of the year, we all seem to stay busy, but we hope you will take time to share kindness to all "Around the Bend"!
