Residents should make sure to be mindful of the limited parking here at River Village and should educate any of their visitors to NOT park in another resident's parking spaces. Assigned parking spaces (2 per residence) have been provided to units that do not have driveways or garages. These spaces are for the appropriately assigned resident (or their guests). Visitors should NOT be parking in another resident's parking space(s) (without obtaining prior permission from the appropriate resident that is assigned that parking spot). If additional parking is needed, there are numerous marked visitor parking spaces that are made available to visitors as not to occupy a parking space that belongs to a River Village resident. Unauthorized use of a resident's assigned parking space can and will result in vehicles being towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Please remember that visitor parking spaces are ONLY for temporary visitor parking...visitor parking is NOT for residents of River Village. If you are a resident of River Village and park in the visitor parking spaces, then you are in danger of being fined or having your vehicle towed at your expense. Please do not park in visitor spaces if you are a resident. There are a limited number of reserved parking spots available for a fee if you need more than the 2 spaces you are assigned. Residents and visitors alike should NOT park in non-parking spaces. Parking in places that are not designated as parking spaces disrupts the ability of residents and their guests to be able to easily and effectively park in their appropriate and assigned parking spaces. Obstruction of resident or visitor parking spaces can and will result in vehicles being towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
For example, the unlabelled space (seen below) between Unit #48 and Unit #49 is NOT a parking space. It is 2-feet too narrow and should not be used by anyone as a parking space. Parking in this location interferes with other residents and their guests being able to park in their appropriate and assigned parking spaces.
All vehicles must be moved off site or into garages for effective snow removal...THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
The anticipated cleanup schedule after a storm is:
Phase 1 (Units 1-30, 83-85) - Plowing starts at 9:15am
Phase 2 (Units 31-42, 77-82)-Plowing starts at 9:45am
Phase 3 (Units 43-58, 75-76)-Plowing starts at 10:15am
Vehicles MUST be moved PRIOR to start times!!! Any vehicle that has not been moved for snow removal will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense!!!
