These terms and conditions apply to the Villento - Cinema Canada mobile application ("Application") created by BlueStream Innovations ("Service Provider").
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Do not use the Application if you do not agree with them.
Unauthorized copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the Application is strictly prohibited.
The Service Provider retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the Application.
The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for securing your device and access to the Application. Do not root or jailbreak your device as it may compromise functionality and security.
The Application may rely on third-party services which have their own terms (e.g., Google Play Services).
Some features may require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by connectivity issues.
Roaming or mobile data charges may apply when using the Application outside your home region. Ensure you have the bill payer’s permission if the device is not yours.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and no warranties are made regarding its accuracy or availability.
You agree to accept updates when offered and to stop using the Application if it is discontinued.
The Service Provider may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Please review it regularly.
