I was born in Santa Clara, California in 2011 and continue to live there. Currently, I am in ninth grade at Santa Clara High School. Some of my extracurricular activities include biking, swimming, playing basketball, writing, and filmmaking. I love to write in various genres, and Laughtime was my debut humor short story. My second book titled Haunted Tales is now available on Amazon and Lulu. My passion for writing started at an early age, at around seven or eight years old. I used to read countless books such as Harry Potter and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. These stories had a strong effect on me, and so I started to write. My writing started small, with five-page stories I called “books.” After I continued to read and gain a better grasp of vocabulary, I came up with the idea to write a book. When COVID-19 started in 2020, I was 9 years old. I didn’t even know kids could become authors at such a young age. Still, I held onto that hope and continued. I researched online and found out about self-publishing. Once I had finished writing my short story Laughtime, I got some feedback from various people which gave me a lot of insight. Gradually, I finally self-published my debut short story. In 2023, I self-published Haunted Tales. In the fall of 2024, I wrote the revised edition of the same book. My only wish is for my readers to enjoy my work, and to always follow their passions.
