This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Ritus (hereby referred to as "the App"), created by Marrt.
1. Data Collection and Usage The App is designed to function completely offline. I do not actively collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, device data, or gameplay data. The App does not require you to create an account, nor does it track your location or personal identity.
2. Third-Party Analytics The App itself does not contain any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Unity Analytics).
However, because the App is distributed via the Google Play Store, Google may automatically collect standard, anonymized metrics (such as crash logs, device models, and install/uninstall rates) through the Google Play Console to help developers maintain app stability. This data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and does not contain personally identifiable information.
3. External Links The App contains an external link to a Kickstarter campaign.
Tracking Tags: The URL for this link may contain basic campaign tracking tags (e.g., UTM parameters) so I can see how many visits originated from the App.
No Personal Data: The App does not attach any of your personal data, device IDs, or user profiles to these link tags.
Once you click the link and leave the App, your browsing activity and any information you choose to provide on Kickstarter is governed by Kickstarter’s own privacy policy.
4. Children’s Privacy Because the App does not collect any personal information from any users, it inherently complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). I do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If any future updates to the App introduce new features that require data collection, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes before the update goes live.
