Dr. Ritesh Kant Gupta has completed his doctorate from the Centre for Nanotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati and has joined as a post-doctorate fellow at the National Solar Energy Center in the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. Prior to his Ph. D., he has completed his B. Tech. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from JIS College of Engineering affiliated with the West Bengal University of Technology in 2013, and M. Tech. in Advanced Materials Science and Technology from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur in 2016. Dr. Gupta also has worked as a Research Associate for a short tenure at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. He is currently working on various techniques to obtain high-performance polymer and perovskite solar cells. He is also studying the recovery and degradation mechanism of solar cells. He is inclined towards the study of device physics for various optoelectronic applications.
