By downloading or using WaterTight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use WaterTight on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
WaterTight offers an optional “Pro” upgrade:
Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, and a one-time Lifetime unlock. Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store and may vary by region.
Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trial. The Yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid Yearly subscription at the then-current price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
Lifetime. A one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro features with no recurring charge.
Manage or cancel subscriptions any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms; we cannot grant refunds directly.
WaterTight is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Hydration goals are estimates. Consult a qualified health professional before making decisions about your health, and do not rely on WaterTight for any medical need.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are between you and WaterTight only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or handle any claims relating to the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
