Our Wine List

In the Col di Lana Wine List we tried to offer the best bottles of our region, Trentino Alto Adige.

We have focused our attention even more on winemakers that enhance natural, organic, biodynamic processes or those that have chosen to concentrate their efforts in an attempt to recover the grape varieties present before the spread of phylloxera, which almost entirely destroyed the native grapes.

These wineries are now included in a project focused on biodiversity and called "Vini dell’Angelo", quality wines that reserve authentic surprises with their aromatic, taste and of course historical value.

Wines with unknown names, Casetta, Enantio Lambrusco a Foglia Frastagliata, Teroldigo, Rossara and now recovered from small wineries.

A part is dedicated to the best Lagrein wines of the Region, native grapes that reserve great surprises.

You will also find Triple "A" Wines (www.triplea.it), natural wines linked to the territory, from various Italian regions and produced without the use of chemicals.
