Traditionally in China, "the rising dragon" (龙腾）symbolises potential. Now here in Melbourne, it is now (笼腾 ) "a soaring dragon" which embodies the meaning of success. Much like the name of our restaurant, we aim to revolutionise the hidden gems of the Chinese culture and produce dishes that can display elements of refinement and authenticity that take customers through a journey of enchanting flavours. Without a doubt, Head Chef Vincent Tang places his customers satisfaction at utmost importance. We produce our dumplings fresh everyday.
