Effective Date: 21 May 2026
This User Agreement governs your download, access, and use of the mobile application RishtaNata. By registering for or using RishtaNata you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use RishtaNata. The Effective Date of this Agreement is the date you first use the app.
RishtaNata means the mobile application and any related services, features, updates, and integrations provided by the operator listed in Contact.
User means any person who accesses or uses RishtaNata.
User Content means any information or material a User provides to RishtaNata.
Scope covers RishtaNata use worldwide and this Agreement applies to Users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions to the extent permitted by local mandatory law.
Required Data: RishtaNata requires Gmail sign-up and a valid phone number for company records and communication.
Data Uses: Email is used for account creation, recovery, and communication. Phone number is used for communication and record-keeping.
Third-Party Services: RishtaNata uses Google AdMob for advertising and Firebase for authentication and data storage. Data stored in Firebase may be processed in locations outside the User’s country.
User Responsibility: Users must provide accurate information during registration.
Privacy Policy: RishtaNata’s Privacy Policy describes in detail what data is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and User rights.
Minimal Collection: RishtaNata collects only email, phone number, and usage analytics.
Legal Bases: For Users in jurisdictions requiring a legal basis for processing personal data, RishtaNata relies on contract necessity and legitimate interest.
International Transfers: Data may be transferred and processed in countries outside Pakistan under appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Data Retention: Account data is retained for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period after account deletion to comply with legal obligations and legitimate business needs.
Security Measures: RishtaNata uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including secure transmission and encrypted storage where supported.
Ad Partners and Analytics: AdMob and analytics providers may collect device identifiers and usage information as described in their policies. RishtaNata does not control third-party data practices.
User Rights: Users may delete their accounts directly via the in-app settings.
AdMob: RishtaNata displays ads served by Google AdMob. Advertising is subject to Google policies.
No Purchases Required: RishtaNata’s core features are free. If paid features are offered in the future, payment and refund terms will be presented at purchase and may be subject to store policies.
Service Integration: RishtaNata integrates with Firebase for authentication and storage.
App Ownership: RishtaNata and all related intellectual property are owned by the operator or licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
User Content License: By submitting information, Users grant RishtaNata a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the app.
User Representations: Users must not provide content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. RishtaNata may remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.
No Warranty: RishtaNata is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RishtaNata’s total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred US dollars if no payment was made. RishtaNata is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnity: Users indemnify and hold harmless RishtaNata, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from claims arising from misuse of the app or violation of third-party rights.
Termination: RishtaNata may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement. Users may delete their account via in-app settings.
Changes: RishtaNata may modify this Agreement or policies. Notice of material changes will be provided in-app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Notices: Legal notices to RishtaNata should be sent to Contact. Notices to Users will be sent in-app or to the registered email/phone number where possible.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Users may pursue any mandatory consumer protections in their jurisdiction.
Operator: RishtaNata is operated by the entity listed in the app’s store listing.
