Built a centralized operations command center to bring scattered workflows, tracking, and status updates into one source of truth — including a full architectural planning layer behind the system design. A fictional client scenario built to demonstrate end-to-end operations systems thinking.
Terra & Bloom — Wholesale Order Tracker (Practice Project)
Designed a wholesale order tracking system in Notion for a fictional skincare brand — moving order status, fulfillment, and follow-ups out of scattered spreadsheets and into a single organized workflow. Built iteratively with structured review at each stage.
