RishiOra – Request deletion of your data

RishiOra has no accounts, and the app does not send any data from your phone by itself.

1. Data on your phone

Your profile, settings, favourites, puja progress and Dakshina points are stored only on your phone. To delete them:

• Open RishiOra → Profile & Settings → Erase app data,

• Uninstall the app.

This deletes the data immediately. We never receive it.

2. Kamadhenu Puja request emails

If you sent us a Kamadhenu Puja request by email, we hold your name, email address, gotra, place and sankalp. To have them deleted:

• Email rishiora2026@gmail.com from the same email address you used, with the subject Delete my data.

• We will delete your email and our replies, and confirm to you within 30 days.

If you do not ask, we delete them automatically within 90 days after the puja.

We keep no other data about you. Full details are in our privacy policy.

ऋषिओरा – अपना डेटा मिटाने का अनुरोध

ऋषिओरा में कोई खाता नहीं है और ऐप आपके फ़ोन से स्वयं कोई डेटा नहीं भेजता।

1. फ़ोन पर रखा डेटा (प्रोफ़ाइल, सेटिंग्स, पसंदीदा, पूजा की प्रगति, दक्षिणा अंक):

• ऋषिओरा खोलें → प्रोफ़ाइल व सेटिंग्स → ऐप डेटा मिटाएँ, या

• ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करें। डेटा तुरंत मिट जाता है।

2. कामधेनु पूजा के ईमेल:

• उसी ईमेल पते से rishiora2026@gmail.com पर Delete my data विषय के साथ ईमेल भेजें।

• हम आपका ईमेल और हमारे उत्तर मिटा देंगे और 30 दिन के भीतर पुष्टि करेंगे। अनुरोध न करने पर भी ये पूजा के 90 दिन के भीतर अपने आप मिटा दिए जाते हैं।

इसके अलावा हम आपकी कोई जानकारी नहीं रखते।
