About J S University
J.S. University, Shikohabad (U.P.) has been established under Uttar Pradesh act no.7 of 2015 and recognized by University Grants Commission (India) under section 2(f) of its act.
University provides opportunity to the rural background and weaker section of the society in order to provide quality education with hands-on experience and learning. Students will be able to achieve different levels of learning. University work with industrial collaboration while bridging the gap between academia & industry. This linkage within the different sectors of the corporate world would assist to produce efficient technocrats to the market.
The university aims to lead the nation in research and education. We seek to do this in way which benefits society on a national and a global scale. Creation through economic, social and environmental development targeted to an increasingly global and multicultural world.

Since its establishment, based on the founder ideals of "freedom and innovation," the education at JS University has allowed students to acquire various skills and values that are synonymous with a private-school environment. Over the years, such efforts have cultivated and sent a wealth of human resources out into the world. However, in the coming years, we must also focus on education that develops creative individuals that modern society needs. With this in mind, we must not only encourage a high-level of classroom learning, but also actively involve students in cutting-edge research activities conducted by our laboratories, encourage students to expose themselves to new challenges, and produce individuals capable of facing and resolving the tough challenges in the real world. With nearby 140 million people in the college-going age group, one in every four graduates in the world will be a product of the Indian Higher Education System. In such a predicted scenario, quality-assured higher education and knowledge-based economy are a crucial part of the foundation pillars for the progress of our country.
