Rise & Grind Patchogue, located just a few steps from Route 112 and E. Main Street's intersection, has taken over Country Kitchen, the luncheonette serving area residents for over 80 years.

The luncheonette has turned into a luxurious dining experience under the owner and restaurateur Philip Shum and business partner Anthony Santiago. Spacious seating and classy outside dining are just the beginning of an eatery destined to delight the senses beyond expectations. Chef Stephen Claussell is a graduate of America's renowned Culinary Academy.
