Angela Rose is an internationally recognized keynote speaker and thought leader with nearly 30 years of experience advancing justice, supporting trauma survivors, promoting mental health, and strengthening trauma-informed leadership and healthy relationships. After overcoming significant trauma as a teenager, Angela transformed her lived experience into purpose, becoming an advocate at just 17 years old and contributing to meaningful changes in public policy.

While attending the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she founded the national nonprofit PAVE, which has supported survivors and communities for more than 25 years, and later launched Survivors.org as a project of PAVE to expand access to survivor-centered resources. Angela’s work has been featured on major national platforms, including Good Morning America and The Today Show, and has reached global audiences through engagements such as speaking at the University of Oxford and training leaders internationally.

Today, Angela partners with corporations, children’s advocacy centers, law enforcement, schools, and communities, delivering powerful keynotes, assemblies, and trainings. Her work equips audiences with practical, trauma-informed tools—including mindfulness-based strategies—that foster resilience, accountability, connection, and hope.
