My name is Leydy, I was born and raised in Colombia South America. I grew up watching close family and friends making empanadas, arepas and authentic Colombian "fritanga" in their small businesses. I was brought to the United States at the age of 10, to Queens to be more specific. We moved to NC after just a few years, which was a real culture shock coming from Queens where you can find any cuisine you may want! 

I always wanted to open a restaurant to bring the Authentic Colombian flavors to our area. 3 years ago I decided to take the leap the opened up a food truck. With all its challenges it has been the best thing I've done! All our dishes are made fresh and with lots of love!
