RIPAWatch IDVT processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data privacy regulations.

RIPAWatch IDVT operates as the data controller in certain contexts as detailed in this policy. When acting as a data processor, RipaRIPA IDVT’s obligations are governed by appropriate data processing agreements that ensure secure processing and confidentiality.
RIPAWatch IDVT collects the following types of Personal Data either independently or through third parties: first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, company name, address, country, ZIP/Postal code, city, email address, and images of scanned documents for KYC purposes.
Detailed information on each type of Personal Data collected is provided in the sections of this privacy policy or through specific explanation texts displayed before Data collection.
Personal Data may be provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application. Failure to provide mandatory Data may render the provision of services impossible.
We adhere to the principles of data minimization and purpose limitation, ensuring that only data necessary for the specified purposes is processed.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age set by local laws. Parental consent is required for children below 16 years of age to provide their information.

Personal Data is processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it has been collected. The Owner may retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing or is required to retain Personal Data longer by law or authority orders.
Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, particularly for contacting the User.

For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and third-party services may collect files that record interaction (System logs) or use other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy, notifying Users on this page and, if possible, within this Application and/or through contact information available to the Owner.
This privacy statement has been prepared based on provisions of multiple legislations, including Art. 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
