This doesn't actually unblock everything, BUT it unblocks a proxy that does unblock everything! If you want to have everything unblocked without the proxy, just connect to someone's hotspot, or if you have your phone with you, turn on the hotspot on your phone and connect your chromebook to that hotspot. That is why everything is unblocked when doing this method at home!
