Ems is not allowed to have guns. (illegal)

Disrespecting a doctor is strictly prohibited.

If rebels end up killing all the cops EMS must revive the rebels first in order for them to runaway or leave the situation.

Ems can declare you dead and you must respawn.

Ems cannot respond to any RDM zones or major robberies.

EMS cannot take part in any robbery or gang activities.

EMS cannot give medkits or bandages to any of the rebels. (permanent ban)

If you leave EMS you have to give all your assets to the departments head.
