Fill in the form online on any device, click submit and that’s you done! It will email you a copy for your records and add it to our system.
You need parent/guardian permission to play – fill out the form with them, as there is a section for you and a section for them.
You can find your original email confirmation (sender and title information above) and edit the response to update it. Or just fill in another form!
To make it more efficient for everyone – it now takes less time to fill in, saves paper, ink, storage, hassle. This also allows you to play at all of our Riot Airsoft sites. Its just better!
If you haven’t filled in the digital declaration before we recommend you just do that. If your still not sure you’ve filled one out before, you can search your email.
Two ways – you can either find your confirmation email and click edit response, or if you find it easier you can just fill in a new form.
If you've gone to the trouble of printing and signing a paper form then they are still valid as before – you just need to fill in a digital form next time.
You can but we are phasing them out. This keeps us efficient and keeps your data safer.
Absolutely not, the declaration needs to be completed by all players individually. If you are aged 14-17 there is a section for your Parent/Guardian too.
