Description: From January 2023 to July 2023, I worked with IMechE AUST Student Chapter, the student organization of the reputed engineering association, Institue of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). I worked as the Treasurer of the Executive Panel. During my service, I have worked to plan and organize academic sessions, educational seminars, and workshops with renowned organizations. I also have prepared and maintained financial statements and cash flow of the student organization. Furthermore, as a team, we have successfully organized five educational seminars and workshops in one semester, being the most active student organization of the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology.

Description: In 2024, I briefly worked as an Operations Engineer at the Banco Energy Generation Limited. It is a 54 MW heavy fuel oil-fired powerplant, under the subsidiary of Doreen Power Generations and Systems Limited. The powerplant has three MAN 18V48/60TS diesel engines, which are some of the most powerful and safest medium-speed engines used for industrial applications. The powerplant has a large engine hall, a control room, an administrative building, an exhaust gas boiler area with two exhaust gas boilers, an air-cooled radiator area, a fuel treatment plant, a water treatment plant, a large tank farm for fuel storage, a substation with power and station transformers, and a jetty. I worked in shifts to ensure smooth operation of the powerplant, studied a lot of systems related to internal combustion engines, fuels, lubrications, pumps, instrument air compressors, etc., kept records in powerplant logbooks, and collaborated with mechanical and electrical maintenance teams to conduct and oversee maintenance works.

Description: In late 2022, I worked as an intern for a month at the Rangs Workshop Limited, an automotive service and consultancy center for Mitsubishi Motors. I have been assigned to perform the duties and responsibilities of an automobile service engineer, including maintenance assignments on Mitsubishi, Mahindra, and Nissan automobiles, at the general repair section, overhauling shop, and HVAC section. I have monitored the battery repair works on Nissan and Mitsubishi hybrid electric vehicles. I also observed and deduced several automobile problems with solutions based on customer complaints, and task cards. Moreover, I have prepared an in-depth report on the daily assignments and vehicle maintenance methodologies.
