Hello Rio Linda FFA. My name is Ava Smith and I am serving as your 2023-2024 chapter secretary. Although this is only my second year as an FFA member, I have been around agriculture for quite some time. I enjoy raising cattle and being an involved member of my chapter and community. I look forward to welcoming members into this chapter the same way I was welcomed. I am excited to help others experience FFA and grow a love for agriculture and competitions, including those that I competed in such as Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the FFA Creed, Best Informed Greenhand, and Veterinary Science. I strive to embody this year's theme, to grow from the ground up. I look forward to seeing you all be active members of this chapter.
