A Strategic Plan is a roadmap that the District creates to define our values and priorities, specify our action steps, and allocate our resources in order to achieve our stated goals and objectives over the next 5 years. Simply put, the process for developing a Strategic Plan involves a collection of district data and mass stakeholder feedback that is used by a core planning team (Strategic Planning Council) who synthesize the feedback into Goals and Objectives.
