Request to Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your RingRadio account and all related personal data, you can contact us by email. We will process your request within 7 days of receiving it.

How to Delete Your Account

• Open the email account you used to register on RingRadio.
  
  

• Send an email to:ringradioapp@gmail.com
  
  

• Use the subject line: "Request to Delete My RingRadio Account"
  
  

• In the email, mention your registered email address (if it's different).
  
  

• We will confirm and delete your account within 7 business days.
  
  

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account and login credentials (email, name)
  
  

• Listening history and saved preferences
  
  

• Any uploaded audio or image content (if applicable)
  
  

What Data May Be Retained Temporarily

• Logs used for abuse prevention, stored up to 30 days
  
  

• Any information required by law or for legal disputes (if any)
