Ring Sizer

This Privacy Policy applies to the Ringly Ring Size Meter mobile application ("Application") developed by Ring Measure Studio ("Service Provider"). The Application is provided as an Ad-Supported service and is offered "AS IS".
1. Information We Collect
The Application does not require registration or an account.
You may optionally create and store ring size measurements on your device, including:
Ring title/name
Hand and finger selection
Size values (EU/ISO, US/CA, AU/GB, JP/CN, millimeters, inches, radius)
Date saved
This data is stored locally on your device in a local database. We do not receive or store your saved ring measurements on our servers.
If you use the Share feature, you choose what ring information to share through your device’s standard share options (e.g., messaging apps, email). We do not control how third-party apps handle shared content.
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you voluntarily provide.
We do not directly ask for or collect:
Name
Mailing address
Payment information
The Application stores certain preferences and session data only on your device, including:
Theme preference (light/dark)
Language preference
Onboarding completion status
Ad configuration flags cached from remote settings
Android only call related session data (processed locally):
If you grant the required permissions, the Application may detect phone call state changes (ringing, in-call, ended) to show a brief post-call summary screen after a connected call ends.
For this feature, the Application may temporarily process:
Phone number associated with the current call (when not hidden/private)
Call duration (calculated on-device)
Call connection timing
This call-related information is used only on your device to display the post-call summary. It is not uploaded to our servers, not stored in your call log, and not shared with us.
Call session data is cleared after the summary is shown. We do not access your contacts, call history/call log, SMS, or voicemail.
When you use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically by us and/or third-party services, including:
Device type, model, and manufacturer
Operating system and app version
Language and general device settings
IP address
Advertising ID (where available)
App usage events (such as screen views and feature interactions)
Ad interaction and delivery data
This information is used to operate the Application, show ads, measure performance, prevent abuse, and improve the user experience.
On Android, the Application may request the following permissions:

You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features — including the post-call summary will not work without the relevant permissions.
The Application does not collect precise or real-time location data from your device.
The Application does not use artificial intelligence or machine learning to process your personal data.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

The Application is ad-supported. Ads may be personalized based on your Advertising ID and general device information, subject to your device and Google account ad settings.
You can limit ad personalization through:
Your device’s advertising settings (e.g., “Opt out of Ads Personalization”)
Your Google account ad settings
Rewarded ads may be shown when you choose to use certain features (such as saving a ring measurement).
We use collected information to:
Provide and maintain the Application
Save your preferences and ring measurements locally
Show the post-call summary on Android (using on-device call session data only)
Display and measure advertisements
Analyze usage and improve performance
Enforce minimum app version requirements
Respond to support requests
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell or rent user data.
We may share information:
With third-party service providers listed above, to operate the Application
If required by law, regulation, or legal process
To protect our rights, users, or the public
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required by law)
Third-party partners are expected to handle data securely and only for authorized purposes.
Saved ring measurements: Kept on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Call session data (Android): Kept only briefly on-device during an active call session and cleared after the post-call summary.
Analytics and ad data: Retained by third-party providers according to their policies (often up to 14–26 months).
Support emails: Retained as long as needed to respond and resolve your inquiry.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Application is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access information we hold about you
Request correction or deletion
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
To stop most data collection: Uninstall the Application from your device.
To manage ads: Use your device and Google account ad personalization settings.
To delete local ring data: Delete saved rings in the App or uninstall the Application.

If you use the Application from outside your country of residence, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
