Effective date: 25 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bari Bahj (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use RingLab – Ringtone Maker (“RingLab” or the “App”).
RingLab is operated by:
Mary Bahj
Website: https://alilou.app
Email: nkailapro@gmail.com
RingLab is designed to process your audio and video files locally on your device.
You do not need to create an account.
We do not operate a cloud-storage service for your imported audio or exported ringtones.
Your imported media, projects, waveform data, and exported ringtone files remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them using Apple’s system sharing features.
RingLab may display advertising provided by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process certain device, advertising, diagnostic, interaction, IP-address, and approximate-location information as described below.
To provide its features, RingLab may access and process:
Audio files you select
Video files you select
Files selected from the Files app or iCloud Drive
Media selected from your Photos library
Ringtone names, editing choices, trim positions, fade settings, volume settings, project metadata, and export history
Locally generated waveform, preview, cache, and temporary files
This information is processed for functions such as importing media, editing audio, generating previews, exporting ringtone files, saving projects, and organizing your ringtone library.
The App does not upload this content to servers operated by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD.
RingLab only accesses media or files that you actively select or authorize.
Depending on the import method you choose, Apple may ask you to grant access to your Photos library, Files, or iCloud Drive. Access is used only to import the selected content into the App.
RingLab does not delete or modify your original files outside the App’s own storage.
RingLab uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:
Device identifiers
Advertising identifiers, where permitted
IP address
Approximate or coarse location derived from IP address
Device and operating-system information
App interactions and advertising interactions
Advertising data
Diagnostic and performance information
Consent choices and privacy signals
The exact information processed may depend on your country, consent choices, device settings, Google’s configuration, and whether personalized or non-personalized advertising is available.
RingLab uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required to request, store, and respect applicable advertising privacy choices.
We do not receive your imported audio or video through AdMob.
RingLab does not currently request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission.
We do not intentionally access the Identifier for Advertisers unless the applicable consent, platform permission, and configuration requirements are satisfied.
If RingLab’s advertising or tracking practices materially change, we will update the App, this Privacy Policy, and the App Store privacy disclosures as required.
RingLab does not require or intentionally collect directly:
Your name
Your postal address
Your phone number
Account credentials
Contacts
Precise GPS location
Health information
Payment-card details
The contents of your imported audio or video on our servers
Purchases or downloads made through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
Projects, imported working files, waveform caches, preferences, and exported ringtone files may remain on your device until:
You delete them in RingLab;
You remove the App;
iOS removes temporary or cached data; or
You erase or restore your device.
Some preferences may be stored using Apple-provided local storage mechanisms.
When you share or save a file outside RingLab, the copy stored in the destination you select is controlled by that destination and must be deleted there separately.
We do not sell your imported media or ringtone content.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers only as necessary to operate the App, including:
Google AdMob and Google UMP for advertising, consent, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and measurement
Apple for App Store distribution, system permissions, file selection, sharing, device services, and related platform functions
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Google, Apple, and their service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
RingLab’s locally processed audio and video files are not transferred to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD servers.
Where UK or European data-protection law applies, processing may rely on:
**Performance of a contract:** to provide the App features you request
**Consent:** for advertising choices or access to selected media where required
**Legitimate interests:** to maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and operate the App
**Legal obligations:** where processing is required by law
You may withdraw advertising consent through the privacy-options entry in the App where available. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Request access to personal information
Request correction or deletion
Restrict or object to processing
Withdraw consent
Request data portability
Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority
Because RingLab’s projects and audio files are generally stored only on your device, you can manage much of this information directly by deleting projects, ringtones, or the App.
For requests relating to information controlled by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD, contact support@alilou.uk. We may need enough information to verify and respond to your request.
For information processed independently by Google or Apple, you may need to contact the relevant provider directly.
RingLab is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law to consent to data processing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@alilou.uk.
Advertising shown to users may be limited according to applicable law, platform settings, consent status, and Google’s advertising configuration.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the information we control.
However, no device, storage method, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any files you export or share.
RingLab may open or interact with third-party services, including Apple’s Files app, Photos, Share Sheet, App Store, and GarageBand.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. RingLab is not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
GarageBand is a trademark of Apple Inc. RingLab is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
The updated policy will show a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the App Store where appropriate.
