After you submit the accommodation request form, the following procedures apply.
Travelodge — participants other than speakers:
The organizers will submit the guest list to the hotel. Participants must then contact Travelodge directly in January to reconfirm their reservations and make payment. Please contact Ms. Nakae if you need further information. Submitting the form alone does not complete your Travelodge reservation.
Keihanna Plaza Hotel — all participants:
Ms. Nakae will handle the entire reservation process.
Speakers — both hotels:
Ms. Nakae will handle the entire reservation process for speakers at both Travelodge and Keihanna Plaza Hotel.
Cancellation fees will apply from:
Travelodge: the end of January 2027
Keihanna Plaza Hotel: the end of February 2027
These cancellation policies also apply to speakers. Please finalize your travel plans as early as possible and promptly notify Ms. Nakae of any changes or cancellations.
