Kristin Bertsch, Ph.D earned her Bachelor's Degree from Siena College, her Master's Degree in Counseling from Arcadia University, her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Lehigh University, and
completed her
postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania’s Counseling and Psychological Services. Dr. Bertsch
is currently an
Assistant Professor at
Rowan University S
chool of Osteopathic Medicine in the
Department of Family Medicine. In this role, she is
the Course Director of the
3 year longitudinal Community Service Learning & Leadership Course
. The goal of this longitudinal course
is to expose medical students to the impact primary care physicians should have in the delivery of comprehensive, continuous, community-oriented care for individuals in medically underserved areas of New Jersey. Dr. Bertsch is
also the NJ Area Health and Education Center Program Director where she
oversees Program Deliverables for the
AHEC Grant. She
also provides individual psychotherapy services at RowanSOM's
Mt. Laurel Family Medicine Clinic.
