Hello! I’m Rikta Moni — an aspiring accounting and finance professional from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Dhaka State College, with the dream of building a successful career in the banking and financial sector.

My journey has been shaped by curiosity, hard work, and a deep interest in learning new skills. Alongside my studies, I work as an Admin Assistant at Naafein Academy and as an IT Project Coordinator at WEBKIH, where I handle both organizational tasks and project communications. These roles have helped me grow in confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving — skills that I believe are essential in any professional path.

In 2021, I also worked as a teacher at Hazrat Shahjalal Madrasha, an experience that taught me patience, leadership, and the value of connecting with people from different backgrounds.

Beyond work and academics, I’m passionate about self-development. I enjoy learning new languages (currently studying Russian), designing small creative projects, and exploring the world of technology. I believe that a growth mindset can open any door — and I’m always excited to step into new opportunities.

My goal is simple but powerful: to become a professional who not only succeeds in her career but also adds value to others through honesty, dedication, and innovation.
