Engagements

Yahoo to ensure that the commission goes well, here are your engagements as a client that you’re supposed to read and agree to. You are expected to : 

✦  Read, agree and respect the Terms of Service and conditions regarding my commissioning.

✦  Never claim the commissioned art as yours nor try to upload it as such.

✦  Never feed AI or NFTs with commissioned art.

✦  Stay polite and respectful while commissioning me, from requesting until receiving the finished art.

✦ Not use commissioned art for commercial purposes.

✦  Not harass the artist for favours or speeding up nor the clients for a slot.

Should you not respect any engagement, Term of Service or else, and you shall be blacklisted.

Terms of Service

✦  I have the right to refuse / cancel the commission for any reason.

✦  The commissioned art is not made for commercial use, but personal use (icons, wallpaper, etc..).

✦  I do not allow my art to be fed to NFTs or AI.

✦  Payments will be through Paypal in EUR.

✦  Please provide clear references and details for the character (even for expressions, behaviour, poses..), setting, atmosphere, all you need. Pictures are good, words too. You can tell me in DMs if you can’t put it all in the form.

✦  The process can be slowed / stopped due to personal reasons. I shall inform you and apologise when it’s the case.

✦  I shall send you the finished work by email, both with and without the watermark. You can share it on your socials if you want, but please use the watermarked version if you do.

✦  To make it easier to contact you, please do not change your username on social media.

✦ Any question can be asked as soon as possible, as long as you don’t ask me when I’ll be done.

✦  For my socials and portfolio, I have the right to use your commissioned art. If you do not want me to, just tell me, it’s just as fine!

After the form

✦  I shall contact you through social media a few days after you fill in the form to accept or reject your commission. We will discuss every detail, and I’ll start sketching.

✦  Contact me for any trouble, question you have regarding the commission as soon as possible, I won’t mind and shall answer as fast as I can ! 

✦ After a rough sketch, I’ll contact you again for verification. If everything is in order for both sides, I will ask for the first half of the payment. After this step, I will refuse any major change, so be careful before agreeing !

✦  You can ask me for a WIP anytime during the process.

✦  Once I finish your commissioned work, I will contact you and ask for the other half of the payment. Only after I’ve received it will you get your commission by mail or any social media platform

✦  Please tell me if you do not want me to use your commission in my portfolio and socials, it’s a choice like many others ! If you rather post it on your socials, please use the watermarked version.
