Hi, I'm Rik Ghosh, Senior Scientist, Biostatistics in the Oncology Department at Johnson & Johnson. I completed my Ph.D. degree in SMART (Clinical Trials) Biostatistics from the Department of Mathematics, IIT Guwahati. During my research tenure, I have been supervised by Dr. Palash Ghosh. My hometown is Kolkata, West Bengal.

My primary research interests lie in Biostatistics, Clinical Trials, Dynamic Treatment Regimes, Adaptive Regimes, and Personalized Medicine. Recently, I have also taken an interest in the fields of Web3, DeFi, and Economic Securities within DeFi. I have also served as a reviewer for leading journals, including Statistics in Medicine, Statistical Methods in Medical Research, and Scientific Reports. I pursued my higher education in Statistics at renowned institutes (IITK, Presidency University) in India and have also gained valuable industry experience. 

I consistently try to make meaningful contributions to society through my work. I am open to exploring new avenues and fields, and I welcome challenges that enable me to understand and solve emerging problems in my research areas. Beyond academics, I actively pursue swimming and badminton, and possess intermediate proficiency in classical singing.
