Hi, I'm Rik Ghosh, Senior Scientist Biostatistics in the J & J Innovative Medicine at Johnson & Johnson. I completed my Ph.D. degree in SMART (Clinical Trials) Biostatistics from the Department of Mathematics, IIT Guwahati. During my research tenure, I have been supervised by Dr. Palash Ghosh. My hometown is Kolkata, West Bengal.

My primary research interests lie in Biostatistics, Clinical Trials, Dynamic Treatment Regimes, Adaptive Regimes, and Personalized Medicine. I have also taken an interest in the fields of Web3, DeFi, and Economic Securities within DeFi. I have also served as a reviewer for leading journals, including Statistics in Medicine, Statistical Methods in Medical Research, and Scientific Reports. I pursued my higher education in Statistics at renowned institutes (IITK, Presidency University) in India and have also gained valuable industry experience. 

I consistently try to make meaningful contributions to society through my work. I am open to exploring new avenues and fields, and I welcome challenges that enable me to understand and solve emerging problems in my research areas. Beyond academics, I actively pursue swimming and badminton, and possess intermediate proficiency in classical singing.
