Activities Performed

From December, 2023- Serving as the Assistant Head of the Admin and HR Department where supervising 10 Lead Team members and 12+ Management Trainees who are responsible for supervising 100+ Interns.

Coordinated 3  virtual internship batches where each had 4 months tenure and 2 batches of Youth Ambassador program each holding 6 months tenure.

Provided 300+ hours of technical support across Google Meet general and breakout room sessions, OBS streaming and Streamyard streaming.

Provided 675+ hours of customer support at LEAD Academy from January 11, 2023 and continuing to give support 9 hours per week.

Planned, organized and supervised more than 20 online sessions including 5+ orientation programs, 3 farewell programs, 3 cultural programs, 3 streamyard sessions and so on.

Hosted more than 5 google meet programs and 3+ Facebook LIVE streaming sessions as anchor.
