Report Card with LRN (for Kinder and Grade School Applicants)
Good Moral Character (for Kinder and Grade School Applicants)
Recent 2x2 picture (2 pcs)
STEP 2: Fill out the Admission Application Form (SY 2025 - 2026)
STEP 3: Visit the School Office to schedule an assessment.
