Privacy Policy for RightClick
Last Updated: August 2026
This privacy policy describes how RightClick collects, uses, stores, and shares data when you use the game. It is intended to explain our current practices honestly. Third-party services may change their own practices independently.
WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
RightClick uses services provided by Unity Technologies and Google. The data described below may be collected automatically when required for a feature, or when you choose to enable an optional feature.
UNITY ANALYTICS (ENABLED BY DEFAULT - YOU CAN DISABLE IT)
Analytics collection is enabled by default when you first use RightClick. You may disable it at any time through the game settings and may re-enable it later. While Analytics is enabled, Unity Analytics may collect:
- Device information, such as device type, model, operating system, screen size, language, memory, and storage
- Installation and device identifiers
- IP address and approximate country or region derived from it
- Gameplay and app interaction data, including sessions, levels, scores, events, progression, preferences, settings, and feature usage
- Purchase history and transaction-related events, such as product identifiers, transaction amounts, and currency
- Timestamps and session duration
- Diagnostics and performance information, such as load times, frame rate, errors, and stability information
- Other events we configure to understand game use, balance features, diagnose problems, and develop the game
The specific analytics events may change as game features change. Disabling Analytics does not disable authentication, Cloud Save, multiplayer, purchases, or technical services needed to operate the game.
UNITY DIAGNOSTICS
Unity services may automatically process crash reports, error logs, installation identifiers, device and operating-system information, IP addresses, and technical performance information. We use this information to identify errors, investigate crashes, maintain the game, prevent abuse, and improve stability.
We do not control every technical detail, retention period, or processing operation performed by Unity. Unity determines and may change aspects of its services according to its own terms and privacy documentation.
AUTHENTICATION AND GOOGLE PLAY GAMES
RightClick uses Unity Authentication. A Unity Player ID and authentication tokens may be created so the game can recognize a player and connect data across sessions and supported devices.
On Android, RightClick can sign in using an existing Google Play Games account. Google may provide authentication credentials, a Play Games player identifier, and a player display name to Unity or the game. RightClick does not receive or store your Google password. A Google Play Games identity may be linked to a Unity Player ID.
RightClick does not provide a separate method for creating a Google account. Google accounts and Google Play Games profiles are created and managed by Google under Google's terms and privacy policy.
CLOUD SAVE
RightClick uses Unity Cloud Save. The following game data may be stored on Unity servers and associated with a Unity Player ID:
- In-game currency balance
- Mastery points
- Owned and equipped themes
- Theme and progression identifiers
- Other progression or entitlement information needed to restore supported game state
Cloud Save allows supported progress to remain available after reinstalling the app or using another supported device with the same linked identity. Therefore, uninstalling RightClick does not necessarily delete cloud data. Local settings and cached data may still be removed by uninstalling, subject to Android or Google backup behavior.
MULTIPLAYER AND RELAY
When you use online multiplayer, Unity Multiplayer Services and Relay process information required to search for a match, connect players, maintain a session, and synchronize gameplay. This may include:
- Unity Player ID or session identifiers
- Player display name
- Mastery points used for matchmaking and display
- Owned-theme identifiers and selected visual theme information
- Matchmaking filters, session status, connection information, and network addresses
- Gameplay inputs, obstacle state, score, health, match duration, match outcome, and related events
- Technical logs, latency, disconnects, and error information
A matched opponent may see your player display name, mastery points, gameplay state, match result, and visual theme information. RightClick does not currently provide free-form chat or direct messaging.
REMOTE CONFIG
Unity Remote Config may process an installation or player identifier and basic device, app-version, and environment information to deliver game configuration, balance values, feature settings, and events without requiring a new app download.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Google Play processes Android payments. RightClick and Unity Purchasing may receive product identifiers, purchase status, receipts or purchase tokens, entitlement information, transaction identifiers, price and currency information, and purchase history needed to provide or restore purchased content and analyze transactions.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details. Payment processing is governed by Google Play's terms and privacy practices.
HOW WE USE DATA
We may use collected data to:
- Operate authentication, Cloud Save, multiplayer, matchmaking, purchases, and game features
- Restore progression and purchased or earned content
- Display player information during multiplayer
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and investigate errors
- Understand gameplay and feature usage when Analytics is enabled
- Improve balance, performance, stability, and future features
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and platform requirements where applicable
WHO RECEIVES DATA
Data may be processed by:
- Unity Technologies, including Authentication, Cloud Save, Analytics, Diagnostics, Remote Config, Multiplayer Services, Relay, and Purchasing integrations
- Google, including Google Play Games, Google Play, Google Play Billing, and related platform services
- Cloud hosting, infrastructure, security, and technical service providers used by Unity or Google
- A matched multiplayer opponent, but only for the player and gameplay information required or displayed during the match
Unity Analytics documentation indicates that some diagnostics, performance information, app interactions, and app activity may be shared with Unity or its service providers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
DATA RETENTION
Retention depends on the type of data and the third-party service processing it.
- Local data may remain until it is cleared, overwritten, or the app is uninstalled, subject to device and platform backup behavior.
- Cloud Save and Unity Authentication data may remain after uninstalling the app and may be retained until removed under Unity's applicable service processes or retention practices.
- Multiplayer session data may be temporary, while operational logs, security records, diagnostics, and aggregated records may be retained longer.
- Purchase records may be retained by Google, Unity, or us where needed to provide entitlements, restore purchases, prevent fraud, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.
- Analytics and diagnostics retention is controlled in part by Unity and may change under Unity's service policies.
We may retain information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, enforcing agreements, or maintaining transaction records. We do not guarantee a specific deletion time unless expressly required by applicable law.
YOUR CHOICES
Analytics: Analytics is enabled by default. You may disable or re-enable Analytics at any time in the RightClick settings.
Google Play Games: Google manages the Google account and Play Games profile used for sign-in. Platform-level sign-in controls may be available through Google Play Games settings.
Uninstalling: Uninstalling removes app data stored locally in the ordinary course, but it does not guarantee deletion of Cloud Save, Authentication, purchase, backup, analytics, diagnostics, or platform records.
Data deletion: RightClick does not currently provide an in-app self-service account or cloud-data deletion feature. You may contact us with privacy questions, but we do not promise that every item held by an independent third-party service can be located, modified, or deleted by us. Rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
DATA SECURITY
Unity, Google, and their providers use their own technical and organizational security measures. Data transmitted by the game to these services is generally transferred using encrypted connections. However, no internet transmission, software, account, network, or electronic storage system is completely secure. We do not warrant or guarantee that data will never be accessed, lost, altered, disclosed, interrupted, or otherwise affected by a security or technical incident.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country, including countries whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Unity and Google determine many of the locations and safeguards used for their processing.
CHILDREN
RightClick is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to us. Platform identifiers, technical information, and gameplay data may nevertheless be processed automatically when the game or its online services are used. If you are a parent or guardian and have a concern, contact us.
APPLICABLE LAWS
RightClick and this policy are provided from Israel. We aim to describe our practices accurately and transparently, but we do not represent or guarantee that this policy or the game satisfies every legal requirement in every jurisdiction.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. If applicable law provides you with privacy rights, you may contact us and may also need to use privacy mechanisms provided directly by Unity or Google.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when the game, its services, our practices, or legal and platform requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
AS-IS BASIS: The game, online services, and our data practices are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, data preservation, security, privacy outcomes, or compliance with requirements that do not legally apply to us.
NO LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from data collection, storage, loss, use, disclosure, service interruption, third-party conduct, or use of the game. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: Unity and Google are independent service providers with their own systems, policies, security measures, retention practices, and legal obligations. We do not control and are not responsible for every act, omission, outage, policy, or security practice of those providers. Use of their services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
USER RESPONSIBILITY: You are responsible for deciding whether you are comfortable using the game and its online services. If you do not accept these practices, do not use the game or the affected optional feature.
INDEMNIFICATION: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by using RightClick you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the game or violation of this policy or applicable terms.
