The Working Group conducted monthly online meetings from January 2024 to June 2025, where they thoroughly discussed and debated every aspect of the document. This detailed process also included an in-person roundtable held in Jakarta, Indonesia in May 2025, which ultimately provided the short name for this Declaration.
