Additive Lookup Shelf is a food-label reference and personal organization application provided by Rigel Digital ApS.

The application allows users to search a built-in reference of common food additives by code, name, role, category, and common use. Users can also organize their own label notes and save items for later reference.

Additive Lookup Shelf is designed as a personal information and organization tool. It does not require an online account to use its core features.

Additive Lookup Shelf is designed to operate without requiring personal information to be submitted to Rigel Digital ApS.

The application does not require users to provide information such as:

SECTION 03

Personal Cards and Label Notes

Users may create and save personal cards inside Additive Lookup Shelf. A card may contain a status such as Okay, Avoid, or Research, together with product context or private notes entered by the user.

Users may also manually create cards for products, ingredients, additives, or other label information that they want to remember.

These entries are personal organizational choices. They are stored locally as part of the application's shelf functionality and are not used by Rigel Digital ApS to create a medical, dietary, or advertising profile of the user.

Health and Medical Information

Additive Lookup Shelf does not collect health records, medical diagnoses, treatment information, laboratory results, prescriptions, or other clinical records.

The application does not connect to healthcare providers, electronic health record systems, wearable devices, or health data platforms as part of its described functionality.

Important: Additive Lookup Shelf is intended for personal food-label reference and organization. It does not diagnose medical conditions, provide treatment recommendations, or replace professional medical or nutritional advice.

Built-In Additive Reference

The application contains a reference that allows users to look up common additive codes, names, roles, categories, and typical uses.

Searching or filtering this reference does not require the user to create an identity profile or provide personal information to Rigel Digital ApS.

Reference information is provided for general informational and organizational purposes and should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice or a determination that a particular ingredient is appropriate for a specific person's health circumstances.

SECTION 06

Local Device Storage

Additive Lookup Shelf stores saved cards, statuses, product context, private notes, and relevant application preferences locally on the user's device.

This allows users to maintain their personal shelf between application sessions without requiring a cloud account.

Under the application's described functionality, Rigel Digital ApS does not operate cloud synchronization for these personal shelf entries.

SECTION 07

Copying and Sharing a Shelf Summary

Additive Lookup Shelf can create a text summary from information stored in the user's shelf.

Exporting or sharing this information is a manual action controlled by the user. The application does not automatically send shelf information to family members, stores, healthcare providers, advertisers, or other third parties.

If a user copies information and pastes it into another application or service, the handling of that information by the destination service is subject to that service's own privacy practices.

Additive Lookup Shelf is designed to provide its described core functionality without requiring access to sensitive device features unrelated to food-label organization.

Third-Party Sharing

Rigel Digital ApS does not sell or rent personal information entered into Additive Lookup Shelf.

Locally stored shelf entries are not intentionally transmitted to advertisers, data brokers, retailers, healthcare companies, or unrelated third parties as part of the application's normal operation.

Children's Privacy

Additive Lookup Shelf does not require users, including children, to create an account or submit a name, email address, telephone number, or personal profile to Rigel Digital ApS in order to use the application's core functionality.

If we become aware that personal information has been provided directly to us in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

Retention and Removal

Personal shelf information stored locally remains on the user's device until it is removed using available application functions, the application's local storage is cleared, or the application is uninstalled.

Because the application does not require an online user account, there is no ordinary Additive Lookup Shelf cloud account that must be separately deleted.

Security

Additive Lookup Shelf is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure by keeping personal shelf information on the user's device under the application's described functionality.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for their own device. No device or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
