This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install, or use the App on an Android or iOS device.
The App is a single-player game designed to support offline gameplay. An internet connection may be used to load and display advertisements.
The App does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information.
The App uses Unity LevelPlay mediation (including ironSource Ads and Unity Ads) to display advertisements such as banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads. These advertising partners may collect certain device, advertising, and usage information as described below.
The App does not use Google AdMob as its advertising mediation path.
The App stores gameplay information locally on your device, including:
In-game currencies and unlocked content
Ship and upgrade progress
Stage progress, achievements, and scores
Game settings, such as audio and control preferences
This information remains stored locally on your device.
The App does not currently provide a personal account system or cloud-based save service. Your locally stored gameplay data may be deleted if you uninstall the App, clear the App’s data, reset your device, or otherwise remove the App’s local files.
The App uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate advertisements. Participating ad networks may include ironSource Ads and Unity Ads, and may change over time as mediation settings are updated.
These providers and their partners may automatically collect or process information such as:
Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers, where available and permitted (for example, Google Advertising ID on Android and the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS)
IP address
Device type and model
Operating system and version
General device and language settings
Advertising impressions, clicks, and interactions
Rewarded-ad completion information
Diagnostic, performance, and fraud-prevention information
Approximate location derived from your IP address
The App does not request or collect your precise GPS location for advertising purposes.
Advertising partners may use this information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising services. Where permitted by applicable law and your device settings, this may include personalized or interest-based advertising.
Where legally required, consent (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS) may be requested before information is used for tracking or personalized advertising.

You can manage or limit personalized advertising through your device settings.
Depending on your Android version and device manufacturer, advertising controls may be available under:

Settings → Google → Ads
Available options may include deleting or resetting your advertising identifier and limiting personalized advertising.
You can control whether apps are permitted to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites under:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
You can deny a tracking request when it is presented or disable tracking permissions for the App through your device settings.
The exact names and locations of these settings may vary depending on your device and operating-system version.
The App may use an internet connection to:
Request and display advertisements
Verify whether an advertisement has been completed
Perform advertising-related measurement, diagnostics, security, and fraud prevention
The App does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location for its core gameplay.
On Android, the App may declare the Advertising ID permission required by the platform when advertising SDKs are present.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in their country.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Advertising services used by the App may process information as described in their own privacy policies.

The App does not sell your personal information.
Information may be transmitted to and processed by Unity and its advertising partners (including through LevelPlay mediation, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads) for purposes including:
Displaying advertisements
Measuring advertising performance
Preventing fraud and abuse
Maintaining and improving advertising services
Providing personalized advertising where permitted
These partners process this information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations.
Advertisements displayed in the App may lead to third-party websites, applications, or services. The App’s developer is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.
Gameplay progress and settings stored locally on your device remain there until you:
Clear the App’s data
Uninstall the App
Delete the App’s local files
Reset or replace your device
Because the App does not currently use player accounts or personal cloud saves, locally stored gameplay data generally cannot be remotely accessed, restored, or deleted by the developer.
The retention of information collected through advertising partners is determined by those partners according to their respective policies and legal obligations.
Reasonable measures are used to protect the App and the integrity of locally stored gameplay data.
However, no electronic storage system, software application, or method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Advertising partners may process information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other countries.
Information processed internationally is handled according to the applicable service provider’s privacy policy, contractual safeguards, and legal obligations.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information processed through advertising services, including the right to:

Reset your local gameplay progress by clearing the App’s data or reinstalling it

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the App, advertising services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
The updated version will be published at the same URL with a revised effective date.
