Privacy Policy for RıfkIQ (Kopyala - Yapıştır)

Volkan Mutluer ("I", "me", "my", or "Developer") built the RıfkIQ mobile application as a Premium, Ad-Free, Single-Player strategy game. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand how your data is handled when you download and play the game.

My privacy philosophy is simple: I do not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal data.

1. Data Collection and Local Storage RıfkIQ operates entirely as a local, offline-capable experience. The app does not require you to create a custom account, provide an email address, or log in with a password. I do not operate any external developer servers to harvest your personal data, location, or device identifiers. All of your gameplay progress, settings, and AI calculations are saved locally on your device's internal storage.

2. Third-Party Services (Apple Ecosystem) While the app itself does not collect your data, it utilizes native Apple frameworks to provide specific game functionalities. These services are governed by Apple’s own strict privacy policies:

• Apple Game Center: RıfkIQ uses Game Center for global leaderboards. If you are signed in, your high scores and Game Center alias are securely transmitted to Apple. I do not have access to your Apple ID credentials, real name, or email address.

• In-App Purchases (StoreKit): If you choose to support the development by purchasing the VIP Package or leaving a tip, the financial transaction is processed entirely and securely by Apple. I do not collect, process, or have any access to your credit card information, billing address, or payment history. The app only receives an anonymous, cryptographically signed receipt from Apple to unlock your in-game features.

3. Advertising and Tracking RıfkIQ is a 100% Ad-Free experience.

• There are no third-party advertising SDKs integrated into the app.

• There are no tracking tools, cookies, or pixels designed to monitor your behavior across other companies' apps or websites.

I may occasionally review anonymous, aggregated crash reports provided strictly through Apple's App Store Connect (only if you have opted-in to share diagnostics with developers in your iOS settings). This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to fix bugs.

4. Children’s Privacy Since RıfkIQ does not collect any personal data, it inherently protects the privacy of children. I do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the app evolves. I will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
