I am Rifat Rahman. I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Institute of Appropriate Technology (IAT) in Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh. I also worked as a Research Fellow at the Collaboratory Against Hate lab. I have completed my B.Sc. Engg. and M.Sc. Engg. in CSE from BUET. My research interests lie at the intersection of Human Computer Interaction, Computational Social Science, Privacy & Security, and Natural Language Processing.
