With many years of experience I have found a student centered approach and knowing each swimmer's abilities, creates the best learning environment. I look to create a welcoming and comfortable enviroment for the swimmer that will promote learning.  In addition to promoting learning, I value the swimmer's enjoyment in all the activities.
