Kevin Pierce has been part of the Ridley Swimming & Diving program for over 25 years. He started as a four year varsity swimmer and became an assistant coach during the 2004-2005 season
Pierce was named the Head Girls Coach at Ridley in 2008. He went on to become the winningest girls swim and dive coach in school history. In 2014 Pierce was named both the boys and girls head coach.
Pierce has also spent two years as an assistant coach at Cabrini College. He helped lead the program to their first ever AMCC conference championship and helped produce numerous all conference swimmers. The team grew from 15 swimmers to over 35 swimmers in his short stint at Cabrini.
He also spent 10 years as an assistant coach at the Ridley YMCA where he helped produce district, state and national level qualifiers.
Pierce graduated with a degree in history from West Chester University in 2007. He is currently a Social Studies Teacher at Ridley High School.
Pierce and his wife, Cammy, live in Ridley Park with their son, Bradley, daughter Charlotte. and dog Gracie.

Shane Bonner has been a part of Ridley Swimming and Diving for almost 20 years - first as a fan and younger brother, and then beginning as a student-athlete in 2007. He was a four year varsity swimmer and captain during his senior year. He graduated in 2011 as an Academic All-American and the record holder in the 50 and 100 freestyles. He was also a district medalist and state qualifier in the 50 freestyle.
Bonner was a four-year swimmer at York College of Pennsylvania. He was a two year captain, and in multiple years was named Academic-All Conference and All-Conference. He was recently named to the 2010 All-Decade team for York. He graduated in 2015 with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.
Bonner joined the coaching staff as a volunteer in 2015. He had previously been the assistant and then head coach of Nassau Swim Club from 2011-2013. Ahead of the 2022 season, he was promoted to a full time assistant coach and before the 2023 season was named Head Coach for the Girls Swimming & Diving team.
Outside of swimming and diving, Bonner works as a Technical Lead at Vanguard where he is responsible for building software as well as mentoring less experienced software engineers.

John Dyer has been the diving coach at Ridley High School for 25 years. Born and raised in Ridley, John attended Ridley High School and Kutztown University where he majored in Art.
John has coached numerous Central League, PIAA District 1 and PIAA State Champions during his illustrious coaching career at Ridley. He has earned a reputation as one of the best diving coaches in the state of Pennsylvania. He was inducted into the Ridley Township Old Timers Hall of Fame in 2023.
He has been running summer programs for 45 years, including coaching for both Prospect Park and Ridley Park Swim Clubs where he has won numerous league championships and has led his divers to many first place finishes.
John in currently one of the owners of Artisan Painting (https://www.artisanpaintingllc.com/) with his son Jon, who is a Ridley Swimming alumni.
John's passion and knowledge for both swimming and diving have inspired so many and really paved the way for the Ridley Diving Community . John was born and raised in Ridley Park, PA where he still resides today with his wife and two youngest children. He is a proud father of 7 and grandfather (Pop-pop) of 9.
Kyle Bohn has been part of the Ridley Swimming & Diving program since the 2019-2020 season as a volunteer. Bohn works with both the Boys, and Girls Teams.
Bohn started swimming at a young age his local swim club, and swam for Marple Newtown High School, graduating in 2015.
He graduated from West Chester University in 2020, completing his Bachelors of Science in Mathematics, Education. He is currently an 8th Grade Mathematics teacher at Ridley Middle School.
